    How to use these Whirlfloc tabs.

    I bought some of these Whirlfloc tablets from a supplier I just discovered. He offered both these and the regular Irish Moss. Do you just throw one in your 5 gallon batch while it's brewing or what? Thought I'd try these--I'm always looking for the newer and possibly easier way to get things done.

    Sanitizing the cherrys for homebrew?

    I was told by my supplier to add Camden tabs (1 tab/gallon brew) to the mix to eliminate any wild yeasts on this mead I just brewed. He was advised to do this by some lady in his local brew club who does meads very often and very successfully, too. I can't tell you anything about the results...

    Newbie from Milwaukee

    Greetings to all! Never knew there was a homebrew forum--never really looked before. I just got back into homebrewing. I don't know why I got away from it. Anyhoo, I dove in by making a batch of mead and a batch of ale last weekend. Look forward to brewing a lot more!
