    It seems you need to at least add a few small amounts of grain for what I am assuming is color, mouth feel, etc. is it possible to make an extract stout? if so, talk to me Goose?

    If I wanted to make a quick, easy Hefe with just breisse wheat DME and 1 hop variety, it seems you need to boil the hops for 60. Is there a way to do a 30 or 20 minute boil, using less hops or something, since the DME doesnt really need to be boiled so long, to get a similar flavor. I'm...

    2 Gallon mini keg do you need to add priming sugar to the homebrew when you keg, and the CO2 mini cartridges are just for dispensing?? (in other words, you cant force carb with mini cartridges?)

    So if you wanted to can your homebrew, it seems outrageously expensive compared to bottling. Is this an accurate representation? its too bad, i like cans. easy to store, move, cooler, etc.. and in Florida, take to the beach. thoughts??

    Any issues with this, regarding head space or anything? also, if you are making a 2 gallon batch, then would a 3 gallon fermenter be ideal, so there is a little room for krausen, or whatever, if one didnt want to use a blow off tube, say for a Hefe? thanks
