    first time brew ready to bottle

    I'm also ready to bottle my first brew. It's been in primary for 15 and 1/2 days. My last hydrometer test done yesterday was at 1.0125, if it's the same today I'm going to try and bottle. If today it's still falling (recipie called for between 1.012 and 1.011) I will wait it out another day or...

    Using CarbTabs ?

    Well... the beer has been in the primary for 2 weeks to the day. I took a gravity reading on Thursday and it read 1.016 and today I got 1.0125 so I figured it might be ready. If I don't bottle tonight, It'll have to wait until Tuesday, which is hopefully OK?
