I ditched mine for a Mash & Boil with Pump. More compact when the basket is raised (not a tall tower like the Anvil), includes a recirulation pump, and simple and reliable. I did this primarily because the Anvil was just too tall for my brewing area.

What brand is the electric kettle? I have a Mash & Boil that is at least 6 years old, and just replaced the thermal switch. Here is a link to the Mash and Boil replacement part if this helps...
To make Duotights and Evabarrier tubing easier to connect and reconnect, add a dap of keg lube to the end of the Evabarrier tubing right before you insert it into a duotight fitting. Makes it much easier to connect and disconnect.
Does anyone have advice on the best place to get type 202 16 ounce cans and lids for my Cannular? It seems the major suppliers have raised their prices quite a bit recently.
