Did you find one? There's one here but I think it is 2 years old and it sounds like the recipe changed this year. I was thinking about trying it as my first all grain batch.

I just bought this same kit to make a 3 gal batch, and had the same question about the instructions (although the say to use 700g, which is 1.5 lbs). So, is the consensus that you do not add sugar if you are making a 3 gal batch? Thanks, -d
