    Exploring "no chill" brewing

    I'm working on a no chill batch of Edwort's Haus Pale right now after a little absence from brewing for while. I had the same thought, but would you need to figure out a process for oxygenating the wort after it had cooled? Suppose you could just drop an oxygen stone in though.

    Bottle Conditioning - Can't make sense of this.

    Are you saying you rack straight onto the sugar? Or are you boiling the sugar up in a few cups of water, and racking the beer onto that solution?

    I've been watching this for a few days, with an external SSR, could this be used to control an element in a two vessel no-sparge system? It looks like it would be fine for mash temperature, but I thought I saw somewhere you needed to be able to control the element manually for the boil, I'm not...

    Tubing for SS braid support.

    I didn't have any stainless clamps on hand when I made my MLT, so I just clamped the braid to the hose barb with a piece of 14 gauge copper wire wrapped around and twisted tight, no tubing, works great so far.

    Drill pump for wort transfers

    My experience with the drill pumps has never been very positive. The two times I've tried to use them, they wound up disintegrating a short way into the job...Once just plain water, and the other time, pumping gear-lube.
