    Secondary fermentation

    So I’ve only done 5-6 brews but have transferred from plastic bucket to glass carboy for each one after 7-10 days, then back to a plastic bucket for bottling. On one I did a dry hop so the secondary was kinda required, but... is there flavor altering if all fermentation is done in initial...
