    I've made a few of these in various forms. I'm now wondering if this can be carbed with corn sugar? I don't know if that yeast can do anything with the sugar? I've followed the recipe every time with variation on the fruit, and had success. I just don't know if it'll work. Any thoughts?

    Yeah, I know about the pace and time it takes for the fermentation. I was just concerned with the pace of the CO2 escaping the airlock - whether it was too slow or really a concern at all?

    I've got a 1 gallon batch 2 days in. The spices were omitted, but the orange is in as is 1/2 a cup of wild blueberries. The fruit is doing it's thing on top and things look good, it's just darker due to the blueberries. My question is: The airlock bubbles every 5 seconds - like clockwork...

    Went by American Brewmaster today, and they were closed. But there were a couple of employees in and they opened the shop to let my brother and I in, and answered some questions. Very cool shop and awesome people!
