    Air still 4 liter wine run

    Hi, I have started with an air still sugar wash, but I got some spare bottles of wine I want to turn into brandy. I can only do 4 liters at a time, how much of the good stuff (hearts) in ml do you think I will end up with? Is it ok to put in some Copper Saddles to deal with the sulphur? Any tips...

    Airstill wash

    Thinking about getting an Airstill for making spirits, where it is legal, but apparently, you make a 21/23 litre or so wash and the still only holds 4 litres, is there a way to make just a 4-litre wash? The packets of yeast carbon finings etc one buys are all made up for 21 litres, can one split...
