    Moving back to extract brewing, is there a best set-up?

    I moved to all grain several years ago and currently have a Spike Solo set-up which I'm sure it's overkill for extract brewing. Is there any reason you wouldn't use it for extract since I already have it? If so, is there a "best" extract set-up? I do prefer to make 10 gallon batches.

    New Tap has more Threads, does it matter?

    Installing a new tap and it has more threads than the one it's replacing causing some threads to still be exposed unlike before. Do they make different shanks and should I replace the shank also or is this ok?

    I've ordered a RO system and was going to order a little of all the basic "salts" I may need (assuming they won't go bad) and I'm slightly stumped. I have Gypsum, Salt, Chalk, and Epsom salt in my cart now. What does the average brewer keep in stock?

    Time for a New All-In-One Brewing System

    My 3-year-old 120V Grainfather Connect finally melted the controller plug. I was already contemplating the Grainfather G70 but apparently, there are some issues that they seem unable to fix? I know I want to go 220V I love simplicity and the easier they are to clean the better 5.5 and 11 gallon...
