    First batch in a long time.

    Making a cream ale of sorts. Steeping grains for 30 minutes. 1 lb of 2 row malt 1/2 lb of honey malt 1/4 lb of Vienna malt. Now the malt extract. 3.3 lbs can of pilsen 3 lbs of DME golden 1 lb of corn syrup The hops 1 oz of Willamette Yeast Safale S-04. What do the members think?
