    When you've graduated from "new brewer"...

    I've gone from extract to all grain in the last week, if you choose to make this step be prepared to feel like a noob all over again, quite frightening in a way. Then again I spent a lot of time during my first all grain trying to work out how to do it better next time.

    Well it was my first AG, so not being aware of the hot break I tipped it all into the fermenter, I figured that I was going to get a little more precious brew. Now my fermenter has two inches of hops in the bottom :eek: Will this hurt my beer? My biggest worry is that I am going to get a slug...
