    I wouldnt. Even my traditionals, I let ferment for a minimum of five weeks. Let 'er ride fermentation out, then give it a good 12-24hrs cold crash after.

    Them're just yeasties! Is that a finished product in the jar? Possible it wasnt treated with enough campden or kmeta, or it wasnt cold crashed long enough. It'll be fine to drink

    I LOVE discount days. My apiary had some honey sit too long and start wild fermenting. I scooped up about 40lb free, because he was just gonna toss it away

    Nah, closer to 7.5kg. I put a bucket on my weed scale and it read 17.6lbs.
