Made this oatmeal stout back in early December. It’s a 3.5 gallon batch.

12oz roasted barley
1lb 6oz flaked oats
mashed at 154F for 90min.
1.3oz Progress hops for 60min boil
Irish moss at 10min left in boil
Pitched with some S04 and tried as best I could to keep the temp around 65-68F...
