    What I did for beer today

    Transfer 5 gallons of Imperial stout to a 5 Gal Oak fresh dumped Bourbon Barrel for aging. Added Chinook Hops to a IPA, will pull in 3 days and transfer to a Keg. Transfer Marzen Ale to a Keg for Cold crash. (my carboy won't fit in the mini fridge) And of course cleaning carboys and kegs.

    Tilt Hydrometer. Got Red, to be friends with the Orange and Green. Extra large Mash Bag for AF 10.5, and new Refractometer.

    5 gal Imperial Stout Made 3 weekend ago, 5 gal Dry Irish stout 4 weeks ago, wanted to have for St Pats, but not quite ready to Keg, Making my 2021 Marzin Ale this weekend. Come on Ocktober!!
