How do you sanitize the butterfly valves and sample port on your SS Brewtech 7 gal. conical? They have SS & plastic parts, which have crevices between them. I can dissassemble the butterfly valves to clean and sanitize them, does anyone do that? I can't figure out how to dissasseble the sample...

But what are the hops, and hopping schedule? I'm a big fan of Ithaca Flower Power IPA, and I'm good with the above grain bill and my water is a bit heavier in SO4, but otherwise similar. TAOT
