    Frozen Yeast

    Hi, I just brewed my 1st batch of mead Ok I think i screwed up a bit... I didnt' realize that i put my yeast (White Labs, Sweet Wine & Mead yeast) in the freezer and not the fridge... I let them defrost slowly on their own... and i saw small bubbles in them so i followed instructions on...
