Absolutely add it post boil. As far as post-fermentation I don't know. Would it really be green tea beer or beer with green tea added?

Not sure what was mentioned earlier but from what I know of green tea is that boiling it can lead to bad flavors. In my experiences anyways.

I got my 60qt aluminum pot in today. Besides some dings in the lid and a slight bend (which I easily straightened out; hey, it's aluminum) the thing looks like a quality pot. Walls aren't thin at all and it's quite sturdy. Can't wait to use it.

Ah. I'm glad it hasn't lost any of it's insulating properties. Works just as marvelous as the first time around.

The second time I used my 15gal Rubbermaid cooler I heard a lot of cracking noises. But noticed nothing when I took the grain out. I think the inside insulation was cracking. The walls didn't warp or anything. I've used it a few times since then.

You can have the co2 on its side if you install a siphon so you only get gas and not liquid. Same idea paintballers use on their co2 tanks.

I just bought a 60qt aluminum pot. They were out of the stainless... no worries. Easier than cutting a freakin' keg.
