Hello from NZ. First post of an aged home brewer - and distiller! its legal here. Put down a wort two days ago and yesterday it was going like a train. Today it is not making a sound. Yesterday the temperature reached 32 degrees Celsius and stayed there all day. SG suggests it has a way to go...
