    please help - (infection)

    I tried making hard cider using 4 5 gallon carboys with 3 gallons of cider each. 2 with blueberries and 2 with raspberries. I did not know to use Campden tablets and they all turned to vinegar.     need some help

    i tried making cider for the first time about 2 months ago. i tried to go with no additives , and i am prett sure i good start on some raspberry vinigar. since then i have tried again and used the campden tablets ,going alot better now. my wife thinks the first batch of raspberry cider...
