For those of you that have bottled part of a batch and kegged the rest, have you found any differences in taste? I would imagine you would get better or more consistent carbonation from the kegging, but has the actual flavor of the beer been better or the same between the two storage techniques...
I've found that my bottles carbonate much better at 70F than the 62F degrees I have in my basement. I would definitely bring them up for a week to see if they improve.
Trinity is a very well-known dance academy! My daughters compete all over the midwest, so we run into Trinity dancers alot!

My 3 daughters are Irish Dancers and I'll be shuttling them all over STL for performances starting at 6:00am and ending around 9:00pm. Thankfully a few of the stops will have an Irish brew or two on tap!
