    Swapping out Smoked Malt

    I found a recipe that I'd like to try that calls for smoked malt. I'm a fan of smokiness in the barbecued meats that accompany by beers, but not so much the beer. I've really, really tried to like rauchbiers, but, nope. Here's the grain bill: 7.5# Maris Otter 3# Smoked Malt 1# C20 1# C60 1#...
