Canning vs Bottling - What do you do?

Trying to justify buying a Cannular but I honestly can’t pull the trigger. On one hand I see the ease of sharing your brews with the cans as you wouldn’t have to lug around glass, but on the other hand, bottling seems so much cheaper. What do you guys think? Should I pull the trigger?😁

I've been fermenting in buckets for awhile now and wanted to get some input as to how you guys that ferment in buckets feel about siphoning. The craze nowadays is closed transfers so I've been doing closed loop transfers with light psi, but tbh, I get a whole bunch of trub in my kegs due to the...

Anyone have a clone for this recipe? All I have found is stupid pound amounts for grain and hops. Everyone knows %s are the only real accurate measurements for recipes. I've fallen in love with Saisons, so help me! According to their own video they use 100% pilsner with 3 different "European...

    Do Bittering Hops Even Matter?

Hello Y'all! I've heard so much about how putting in hops at your 60-55 min boil doesn't really impart much flavor, but I wanted to hear all your guys' opinions. So, does 60-55min boil hops impart any flavor descriptions as they are described, or are they simply just bettering hops? Bonus...

    Bubbles in Hydrometer = fermentation?

Never really seen this many bubbles in my hydrometer when checking to see if fermentation is done. My beer is at about 1.019 so I think I can still get a few points out of it (estimated FG is 1.010). Do these bubbles mean fermentation is still going on?

    Anyone with experience with WLP029?

Anyone ever use this yeast? I decided to try out Brulosopher's Best Blonde Ale this past weekend and pitched my yeast at 56 degrees and have been fermenting at 58 degrees for the past 2-3 days now and haven't really seen any airlock activity like I normally see. I do see a small krausen...

FG Higher Than Expected... Should I Add More Yeast?

Hello Everyone! I'm currently brewing a Belgian Wit that has been fermenting for about 9 days. The recipe calls for 10 days of fermenting and I just checked my FG and it seems a bit high at 1.022 (OG of 1.047) using Wyeast 3944. The Alc % should be higher, but mine looks like its going to be...
