    Worried about infection

    I am brewing 5 gallons of pasteurized cider, I started the fermentation last November and racked it into the secondary in January. I tossed in campden tablets prior to tossing in yeast for redundancy. About a month ago I noticed a film on top of the cider, though it may have been dead or active...
