    I'm about to start bottling in a couple days. I live in Las Vegas and it has been a challenge to keep control of the temp during the 1st fermentation. So my question is, what is the ideal temp for storing the bottles for bottle fermentation. This is my 1st time and I'm brewing the German ale...
