    After i watched this, I havent cared much LOL I also repitched ipas for months and months with no issues. I only really clean it out now, if im going to a different beer which is rare for me LOL

    Ive been keeping my 2row in its bag LOL. Been doing that for years, not going to change it now. My other grains just go into 5gal buckets.

    Honestly when I started brewing it was hard to get a good beer where I live. Now there's like 30 micro shops around all making great beer. I'll never quit. But I do have much easier access to a good ipa or something if I run out.

    Kviek, any disadvantages?

    I use voss/hornindal pitch at 42c set temp controller to 32c. 2 day ferment to cold crash that night, trans to keg and done. I legit wouldnt even brew without them.

    Its not really a ipa without dry hops. IMO you cant have too much aroma. Dry hop the **** out of it

    In my experience it is true. I've done atleast the same dam ipa recipe 50 times with pressure transfers. Then I did it ONCE under pressure ferment and it was by far the best ipa I ever made period.

    Voss Kveik yeast is a monster

    Voss is still faster than like a US-05 at any temp, with my random split batches I did. Even at 21(70F) But I normally just run it at 40c under pressure and its done even before 2 days.

    For ipas, pressure fermenting has been by far the best and biggest change ive ever made ever. So to me if it cant hold pressure its not worth a dime to me anymore.

    I tired this and had the same thing happen to me. The whole basket clogged up. I almost boiled off all the wort below the basket before I noticed. Dont recommend lol.

    1. Sanitization 2. Sanitization 3. Good fresh/correctly stored ingredients $. temp/yeast control $. pressure ferment/pressure trans (Broke). Water/PH if its not too far out of wack. Might be higher if its way off. Kinda how I fell though the rabbit hole.
