    Strawberry banana Hef

So I brewed a 5 gallon wheat. I put one gallon into a mini keg which is delicious and racked the other 4 gallons onto 6lbs of pureed strawberries. (4 lbs fresh and 2 lbs from a frozen bag) not the prettiest site fruit fermenting in beer but looking forward to trying it

    Warm Fermented Lager Thread

last time I let mine sit for another week or two. It eventually faded out. Then in the keg started out good and the last pint was just great. Side note,I have heard this rumour about adding copper penny’s or storing with a copper rod for fixing sulphur smell but have yet to try it. Here is a...

    Hop Combo for Pale Ale

Thanks for that! Yes I would say that aligns more with the style I want to go with. A newer style but not hazy APA. I think I will follow something closer to those lines. So do you find there isn’t much benefit anymore with late boil additions and instead just using the bitter and whirlpool...

    Hop Combo for Pale Ale

Thanks, I’m definetly leaning to using more cascade, maybe a little centennial for bittering and then cascade/ cashmere for aroma and dry hop

    Hop Combo for Pale Ale

Hey, I’m planning a Pale ale last time I used all Cashmere and I definitely used not enough. I would like to try that again however I also have a pound of cascade and centennial so I’m looking for other hop combinations to try out. Looking for a nice hoppy pale ale. Cheers 🍻

American IPA Base Pale Ale Recipe for Single hop Beers

Hey, I’m looking at giving this a try again but changing the recipe slightly I would like to try and do cashmere again. However, I also have a pound of Cascade and Centennial so I’m thinking about maybe switching It ups and not using just the cashmere. Any thoughts ?

Blonde Ale Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

Brewed this a month ago for the second time and have had it in the keg for the last couple weeks. It’s really hit it’s stride now. I switched up the 2 row for Pilsner and increased the ibus slightly.

    All grain to Coopers

Hey I’m usually an all grain BIAB brewer and have made a few extract batches when I first started. American IPA Base Pale Ale Recipe for Single hop Beers

Brewed this, accidentally added an extra pound and half of grain. As well followed the hop schedule and size without translating the hops AAU amount. Used cashmere hops (7% AAU compared to the 14%AAU of Galaxy) so it’s a 6.3 % Ale but very little bitterness 29 IBUS. not bad but will have to...
