    Chinook Hops - Bay Area, CA

    I checked with Williams about a week ago and they said out of stock for next 6 month, for the Chinook, that is. I haven't been able to find Chinook anywhere including my LHBS.

    I used wrong directions

    The larger boil volume will extract more bitterness from the hops as your taste buds confirmed. Your brew will have a higher IBU but otherwise should be fine.
