    Oops

    Welp I screwed this Irish red ale kit up. Heated up the mash water on the stove to 160, dropped the bag of grains in. Thought I turned the heat off, ended up being on high for 30min while I was doing yard work. Temp got to 190 when I found it. Went ahead and finished brewing. Tasted good...
