    biab electric help

Using doug293cz biab 2 pump system. Would like to add a hlt using a 20 amp 110v element for sparging. Have 240v/30a power source. What I'm looking for is help in how to wire a pid to this system for hlt tank and if there is enough power there to just add it with the 30 amps.
