Hi all, I'm new to the forum but have been brewing extract for a year or so with some cider thrown in for a change. My inventory:
Fermentables:
12 lbs LME (Maillard Malts Gold Malt Syrup)
2 lbs Briess Golden Light DME
2 lbs of coloring/specialty/steeping malts.
Hops:
Centennial 1oz
Cascade 5oz...
