    What are you drinking now?

Black coffee now. I had a Mothers Trop Top earlier today. I'm not a fan. Its too sweet, and very little hop presence. After work, I have a few homebrewed pilsners waiting for me...

What I did for beer today

I weighed out my grain bill and hops for a session NEIPA tomorrow. I'm using Citra, azacca, and mosaic as a combo with this one.

    Clawhammer Supply BIAB Review

I've been looking heavily at their 2.0 system for a couple months. Glad you got a system that works well for you. I'm hoping to have the money to buy one in a couple months.

    What's a good satisfying 3.2 to 4% beer?

Low gravity English mild? I have one that I brew a lot. It's not a full flavored beer, but it's great when you want to have several with friends.

Full flavored, low ABV IPA, need help.

I WAS gonna give your recipe a go this evening, but it's been one hell of a day. I had to help a friend move into his new apartment, after thinking it was gonna happen tomorrow, and then I saw a high speed chase on the news, only to find out that it was a co-worker that had robbed a bank earlier...

    What are you drinking now?

Well, I was gonna have some of my Zombie Dust clone, but I'd forgotten that I was going to help a friend move to his new apartment when he got it. That's today, apparently. Iced tea for me, until I get home.

Full flavored, low ABV IPA, need help.

That's very close to the profile I was going for, but without having used the Mandarina Bavaria, I wasn't sure what to expect. I'll definitely have to try that, and soon.

Full flavored, low ABV IPA, need help.

That looks like it might work! I'm not familiar with the Mandarina Bavaria though. I'll look into them and see if it's the flavor profile I'm looking for. Thanks for the input.

Full flavored, low ABV IPA, need help.

Ok guys, I have a friend that loves double IPA's but wants to cut back on the amount of alcohol he's drinking. He has tried session IPA's (founders all day IPA, etc) and says they're too light. Is there a way to get the flavor/mouthfeel from a 8+ percent beer into a 4 percent beer without losing...

    Camping Beer..

I usually brew a more malt-forward beer for the BMC drinkers in my family (cream ale is usually their favorite). This year, I'm serving a Czech Pilsner and, probably a lemon drop saison for our cookout. I'll probably have a few more styles in bottles for the more adventurous drinkers amongst us.

    Anyone brewing on the 4th?

I won't be brewing on the 4th, because I'm spending that day with my family, and friends. I will be brewing on the 2nd (double brew day). I will be drinking homebrew with said friends and family on the 4th though....
