    All-Grain Mashing: Add hot water to grain, or add grain to cold water and heat slowly?

    It sounds like by controlling the ramp up temp to mash, you create a separate variable of mash time. If you neglect the stabilization period of a traditional mash, then time is no longer constant. You may need to mash for 75 minutes to get the same effect of a 60 min mash. The total mash time...
