    Thank you for your reply. I will dissolve the malt extract next time around 75C. For the yeast, this is a dry yeast, as I read online, it is recommended to rehydrate it for 15 min with a maximum of 30 minutes. There is only 1 type of light malt extract available, and its no problem to get this...
