    Did you take a final gravity reading? How does the addition of corn syrup affect the reading? My fermentation is stuck at 1.020 after 3 weeks with no change in gravity when read at week 2 and 3.

    Hi thanks for the reply. I just sampled another bottle and it is 100% better. I don’t know if the improvement was due to an extra 2 weeks conditioning in the bottle or if the first bottle had some contamination. If the others are like the one I just finished off I will be very pleased.
