    Sanitizing used barrel with just citric acid and KMeta?

    Hi everyone! I am making a whiskey cider and need to clean and sanitize a 15 gallon used whiskey barrel. I’m new to using barrels. Is it possible to clean and sanitize the barrel using just citric acid, pbw, and K meta? What steps should I take?
