    New to Meads, need simple smaller recipe

    I wanted to try my hand at a basic mead. I am thinking of somewhere in between a Sweet mead and a Dry mead. Preferably without any fruit or spices. If someone could provide me with a recipe for a 1gallon batch that would be extremely helpful. Thanks! EDIT: NVM search ftw, should not...

    Moved to secondary a little early...

    I made a Belgian Dubblel ~12 days ago and had an OG of 1.069. I foolishly moved the beer over when the krausen dropped instead of checking with a hydrometer. Monday the gravity was 1.024. Today the gravity is 1.022. My goal is 1.016. It is more sweet than I would like right now...
