    Thanks for the advice. I'll give it some more time and maybe it will improve. Next time I'll make sure I test out the ratios like madscientest451 suggests. Was a little too impatient and confident this time.

    Help did i ruin my ESB with too much Cherry extract

    I made an ESB from extract kit and everything was going perfect. I had a cherry ESB a few years ago at a homebrew event and it was great. My homebrew store suggested adding 4oz of cherry extract for a 5 gallon batch right before kegging. Just before kegging my ESB, it tasted awesome...
