Best (gf) NEIPA I've brewed in a while. A lot of people have said Mosaic has been trash lately, but it's on point here:

I just gave Vic Secret another chance. It totally overpowered HBC 1019, which is no small feat. I was hoping the harshness would fade, but it never did.

All mosaic gluten free NEIPA. Things are really coming together. Body and head retention are on point. Digging the water profile, hop schedule and grist. Thinking I'll just dial back the caramillet just a bit and it'll be a homerun.

"Brewing" my first ever batch of hop water using some Amarillo & Galaxy I have on hand.

Most potent hop I've used since the good galaxy days. I think it's fantastic! Definitely coconut (but not woody/earthy like Sabro), plus sweet orange and tropical fruits.
