Well I really liked the diebels, smooth, caramel was eveident, just a hint of roast. it seems they dont export anything anymore, and they're supposedly trying to promote a pils? go figure...... Im sure there is better alt's, im on a mission at least once a week looking for even an american...

Half pils, half munich here too, my hydro sample tasted wonderful today day 6, kinda bitter, But wl036 sweet taste, I cant wait,...I dont like carafa so i used 4oz chocolate wheat, and i can taste it in the sample. I did 118deg. 20 minutes, infusion 147 for 25 min. 154 for 25 min. then mashed...

I have heard of a "gumball wheat"? hopped with rillo, seen here, and on the net, good ratings, is this similar or better? i didnt even realize this was a wheat at first?

saw on another site, amarillo might be in the mix...? maybe 50% wheat?

I just drank 2 of these, wonderful! i like this, Im gonna try and come up with something? Im sure the malt will go a little like 80% pale 20% wheat. hops? well i just finised me a batch of nelson sauvin/cascade ipa i brewed, this reminds me of it, has the same hop smell, im probaly not far...

My lhbs guy was telling me about riwaka beeing pretty good, seems all nz hops are high alpha, but smooth. I just drank my 2nd bottle of my brew, with A lil nelson sauvin/simcoe mix, I think it is the best ipa ive ever done, alcohol is on the lower side of a real ipa.

Lots of centennial hops, quite drinkable like mentioned.

I would go with a 1lb of munich, knock down the carapils to .5lb, and since i just bottled one similair, and i cut my carapils down from my usual, and tried some golden naked oats, it is smooth, nice mouthfeel. But whatever you do, good luck.... it looks like a good ingredients list. Btw...
