    Quick racking cane question

That's all I do..I just use the bottling bucket and sanitized water and siphon it into the just used carboy which not only cleans out the racking came. It sanitizes it as it goes along! [emoji482]

    Hair in Bottling Bucket....Arg!

Have had a similar issue for more beers than I care to admit...the only difference is that the hair wasn't human...BUT since I love my dog enough to come to terms with the fact that no mater how hard I try..one hair will get into every damn thing...I just go with it..and luckily never had an...

    Summer Ale

So would I be better off steeping .5 of crystal and 1# of Pilsner? The grain bill is one I found as I clone of Brooklyn summer Ale I just changed the hop type and schedule
  18. BigStew84

    My Summer is done!

It's a blonde...not a summer like the topic says haha...named it "Insane in the Grain" because I accidentally used double the grain than the recipe called for [emoji16][emoji23]
  19. BigStew84

    Summer Ale

Yeah I have seen that yet others say it's mostly citrus so I guess it'll be trial and error As far as the crystal it's basically just 2 row so it's good for head retention as well so for a 5 gallon batch 1 pound is kinda standard for any beer I make

    My Summer is done!

Blonde Ale with orange and coriander! Taste was totally there! Carbonation needs a little more time but the feedback has been positive!
