    Secondary needed?

    If I brew 10 gal. of lager, can I just rack directly to keg for conditioning? Or is it absolutely vital that I secondary before kegging?

    I have made beer!

    My first batch (Kolsch) is legged and carbed. A little under carbed, and not sure how to remedy. It doesn't look or taste like Kolsch, but its drinkable. All in all, not bad for a first effort.:ban:

    5 Gal. cranberry, quick n dirty store juice. fingers are crossed.

    Noob question.

    Anything wrong with fermenting cranberry juice in the jug it came in? I want to try a couple different 1 gal. experiments before I settle on what to make 5 gal. of. Thanks
