Yes! Boil gelatin. In accordance to most manufacture instructions for gelatin I prep for microbiology lab courses, the gelatin is dissolved in 50 degree Celsius water, boiled for one minute, and then autoclaved at 121 degree Celsius for 15 minutes. No harm done. Pictures speak a thousand words...
