Blonde Ale Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

The base recipe is great. I am not a BMC drinker and love it. My last go at it I tried dry hopping with LemonDrop. Didn’t like it as much. Thought it actually took away from it.

Hop schedule will stay the same. Amounts will just be scaled down. I usually just put the recipe as is in Brewers Friend and then scale it. It handle everything

    CraftBeerPi - Raspberry Pi Software

Currently I have my Pi GPIO directly connected directly to the SSR. I have read that this can cause issues. I remember reading somewhere that you could use some simple parts like a transistor and resistor but can't remember where I read it. Does anyone know where I can find the part numbers and...

    CraftBeerPi - Raspberry Pi Software

I am wanting to add an led that comes on when the element is on. I tried connecting an led to the DC side of my solid state relay but when I do I guess it drags the voltage down enough because the led comes on but the relay doesn't fire. Anybody have any suggestions to how to do this?

It just reads the file that the sensor write to. You could always write that file yourself as long as you know the format
