    I just received some custom made cheese hoops that are designed from 20 pound cheddar hoops @ 1/4 size. I also had a couple extra liners made 1" taller to press up to 7 pounds of cheese.

    I moved to Nevada and updated my cheese making setup

    I recently moved to the Reno area and updated my micro cheese factory. I set it up on one side of my garage and added a couple nice sinks and some stainless shelves to give everything a permanent spot. I also redesigned the drain/cheddaring table and couldn't be happier with how well it works.

    Hello from a beer brewer and cheesemaker

    I have been brewing for about 4 years and also started making cheese again. I have been building a small micro cheese setup and modified some purchased equipment plus I built a heated drain table that utilizes my brew kettle and chugged pump to heat the water jacket.
