    EBSP200 vs EZBoil

    Okay, just getting started on an electric brewing kettle, BIAB. In comparing both ebrewsupply’s 30a panel and Auber’s similar offering, I’m wondering if anyone has used the EBSP200 PID and how it compares to the EZboil? I’m into simplicity and ease of use. Thanks for any help, Jeff

    Kegging 1/2, bottling 1/2

    Thanks everyone, for all the suggestions. I've got a lot to think about now! My learning curve is near vertical, so this is good. I hadn't thought about bottling from the keg, that may work. But I still don't have room in the fridge for a 5 gallon corny, choices, choices.
