    starsan turned my tube yellow/green?

    i let my siphoning tube sit in starsan for a week or two, and when i pulled it out yesterday it was like a yellow/green color. has anyone else seen this? I went ahead and used it to siphon into my keg. im wondering if it affected the beer?

    melted fermonster - ruined batch?

    so i made the mistake of trying the no chill method with the fermonster... it didnt end well (see attached image) after about a gallon i noticed this and transferred the rest into my white bucket and then poured what was in the fermonster into the bucket as well. it didnt melt any holes...

    One tincture or multiple?

    If I want to add multiple adjuncts, say cocoa nibs and chipotles or bacon or vanilla or whatever.. For a single beer, should I make a single tincture for all, or should I make multiple tinctures and keep them separate?

    Increase gravity/abv in ne ipa?

    So the background is I tried whirlpooling and it didn't quite work.. I ended up leaving more wort in the kettle than I wanted and my og was 8 points off (target 1.060, actual 1.052) I want to bring that up to target.     Industrial Squeeze for a Wilser bag??

    I am daydreaming again... but, if I wanted to do BIAB on a commercial scale, and I had 1 (or several) bags hanging that I wanted to squeeze, and I wanted to create a squeezing mechanism (a gigantic rubber band? a cinch? not sure), how much pressure could I apply before I would split/break the bag?

    Auto Siphon stopped working.. oxidized in keg?

    First time kegger, wondering if ive ruined my beer.... So ive been using the auto siphon for a while, and yesterday im starting the auto siphon and it seems to move beer on the initial pump but the flow is not working.. so I have to pump it a LOT to get all of the beer moved from the bucket...

    Adding Dextrose - change in OG?

    So I brewed this Black IPA sunday that called for 8oz of dextrose in the boil - however I have also read that adding it after primary fermentation is finished can help reach a better attenuation level... so I left it out for now.     Cold crash with bottle conditioning?

    So this is probably a dumb question but something I can't get my head around.. If I bottle condition, I want a little yeast in there to carb.. But if I cold crash, aren't I dropping the yeast out of suspension, and (i guess?) out of what would go into the bottle?

    Kick start yeast?

    I have an imperial stout that after 10 days has only gone from 1.094 to 1.054. It had been in an inkbird controlled chest freezer @ 64 degrees.     Inkbird set button does nothing?

    When I held the set button down for three seconds as per instructions, nothing happened. It didn't seem to matter if it was heating, cooling, blinking or normal. The manual also said I should see the "set indicator" light come on, but I don't even know where that is.. ?
