    Looks pretty good... I might suggest going with 10.8 pounds of pils and then 1.1lbs of Munich (or Vienna). Or if you wanted, go 10.8 lbs pils, and .55lbs each of Vienna and Munich. For hopping, the 15min addition would not be typical in Germany... I would move all of your hopping to no...

    March pump directly onto a valve

    Modified Chugger pumps (larger motors) mounted to bottom-drain kettles that had a silver solder spud as the output port. Worked a treat.. go for it!

    English bitter. Great in a smash with EKG or Bramling Cross or Fuggle… Really any British or Scottish recipe will benefit from this malt. That said, I wouldn’t necessarily wasted in a stout or Porter has it is a more nuanced flavor profile would probably be lost mixed with a darker grain...
