Has anyone "kegged" a small batch (1 gallon / 128oz) in a mini-keg such as this and used CO2 cartridges to force carbonate vs. bottling and fizz tabs? Is it a viable albeit expensive option? Can the beer be force carbonated with those small CO2 cartridges or are they only good for dispensing...

I wasn't trying to cap screw-on bottles. I didn't finish the batch. I ended up dumping what was left. :(

Well crap. :mad: I was halfway through bottling batch #3 and broke my bottle capper. :(

Update... I just opened my first bottle of brew. It doesn't taste too bad, but it has little to no carbonation. :( It was 2 weeks in the primary and to weeks in the bottle at room temp and yes I remembered to put the fizz tabs in when I bottled. Thoughts? Suggestions?
