    Thanks for the input. And the beer is quite dank and bitter! I used 2 oz of Citra at 60 last beer and it was great. But it must have been balanced out by 2 oz of Mosaic at 30 and 1 oz Amarillo at flameout. Also dry hopped with Cascade.

    Stout with saison yeast?

    Thanks everyone for the feedback. Fermentation is at 64 degrees, not gonna raise the temp at all. Was very active after 8-12 hours. We will see what happens. How bad could it be?

    I have 5 second year Centennial, galena and mt hood plants doing great in southern New Jersey. Was wondering if anyone else is seeing earlier than usual harvest ready cones. The centennial in particular are starting to brown on the cone tips and feel papery like at harvest. Not sure if it's from...
